Restaurant General Manager
Basic Salary: SAR 24,000
Job Overview:
The Restaurant General Manager holds the ultimate responsibility for the overall success of the restaurant, encompassing strategic leadership, financial performance, brand representation, and the development of a world-class team and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction for the restaurant, setting long-term goals and operational standards.
- Hold full accountability for the financial health of the business, including annual budgeting, P&L management, and strategic planning to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the entire management team (FOH and BOH), fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Represent the restaurant brand at the highest level, engaging with media, key stakeholders, and the community.
- Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment of senior staff, compensation, and career development programs.
- Ensure the restaurant complies with all local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Drive innovation in menu development, service style, and guest experience initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to ensure the restaurant remains a market leader.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Extensive and proven track record as a multi-unit manager or General Manager in a renowned, high-end restaurant or hospitality group.
- Mastery of financial management, strategic planning, and business development.
- Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to mentor senior managers and build a cohesive team.
