Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Identify and target new business opportunities by researching companies in relevant industries.
Provide clients with detailed information about our services, pricing, and special offers.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the management.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
Follow up with clients regularly to offer support and resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the job board or recruitment industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools and job board platforms.
