Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute annual sales budgets and targets covering revenue and expense control.
Retain and grow business from existing customers while acquiring new clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Oversee local and regional sales plans, promotions, and campaigns.
Track and analyze sales performance, ensuring achievement of targets.
Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives to enhance performance.
Set and monitor individual sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Promote company’s brand, services, and market presence.
Conduct regular meetings with sales and operations teams to review progress and optimize workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager, ideally within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategic growth plans.
Team-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach.
