Hiring: Senior Registered Nurse (DHA Licensed) - Pediatric Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Registered Nurse with a specialization in pediatric care to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a key player in providing exceptional nursing care to our young patients in a specialized neurological setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to pediatric patients with neurological conditions.
- Perform advanced clinical procedures, with a strong emphasis on precise and gentle IV infusion and cannulation for children.
- Monitor patient vital signs, assess clinical status, and respond promptly to any changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate and support patients and their families, ensuring they understand care plans and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid DHA License/Evaluation Letter is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification nursing experience.
- Substantial UAE experience is a must.
- Proven Pediatric Nursing background; experience in a neurology, pediatrics, or ICU setting is highly advantageous.
- Excellent and demonstrated proficiency in IV infusion and cannulation skills.
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Working Hours & Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8 hours per day
- Alternate Saturdays: Half-day
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: Starting from AED 8,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
- Benefits: As per the UAE Labour Law (including visa and medical insurance).
