Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate and experienced Sales Associates and Senior Sales Associates to join a prestigious retail luxury brand specializing in luxury watches. The ideal candidates will have a proven background in luxury retail, exceptional customer service skills, and a deep understanding of high-end timepieces.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through strong product knowledge and client engagement.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-ups.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury watches, including product features, materials, and craftsmanship.
Assist customers in selecting products that meet their preferences and lifestyle.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive working environment.
Stay updated on market trends, new product launches, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in luxury watch sales (mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Well-groomed, professional appearance with an approachable and confident demeanor.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or other languages is an advantage.
Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
