Job Summary
We are seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage our end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with solid experience in UAE recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and documentation. You will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries and play a key role in enhancing our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and closure.
- Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals) to attract a high-quality candidate pool.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
2. Onboarding & Induction:
- Execute a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
- Conduct comprehensive orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and procedures.
- Ensure all mandatory pre-joining and onboarding documentation is completed accurately and on time.
3. HR Operations & Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records and personal files both in hard copy and digital formats, ensuring 100% confidentiality and compliance.
- Process and manage employee visas, labor card applications, renewals, and cancellations in line with UAE labor law.
- Handle all HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, addendums, NOCs, and experience certificates.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports related to headcount, turnover, and recruitment metrics.
4. Employee Relations & Support:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support in the implementation of HR policies and ensure they are communicated effectively to all employees.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive, with proven experience specifically within the UAE market.
- Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrable experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong ability to source candidates for diverse roles.
- UAE Labor Law Knowledge: Working knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and standard documentation requirements.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- IT Proficiency: High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
