🦴 What You’ll Do
• Chase primary sales & collections like a Golden Retriever chases balls
• Lead & hype up your Area Sales Execs (cheerleader costume not required)
• Grow business in Modern & Lower Trade channels (no, not underground tunnels)
• Build solid relationships with pet shops & key accounts (pets optional but appreciated)
• Keep receivables healthy—unlike most pets’ snack habits
• Plan forecasts, promos & make products look irresistible
• Track trends… because apparently some pets are gluten-free now 😌
🐱 What You Need
• Graduate/MBA
• 5–8 years FMCG or Pet Industry sales experience
• Proven record in primary sales & team handling
• Smart with numbers, smarter with relationships
