We’re Hiring: Foreman – Glass / Glazing
Location: Dubai, UAE
A leading construction and glazing company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee on-site glass and glazing installations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in glass works, aluminum, and curtain wall systems and proven ability to lead and manage teams on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily on-site operations for glass installation projects
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure timely execution
Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control during installation
Inspect and verify materials, tools, and workmanship to maintain project standards
Mentor and guide site teams for productivity and efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in glass, glazing, or curtain wall projects
Strong knowledge of installation techniques, safety regulations, and construction standards
Ability to read drawings and technical specifications
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
UAE work permit or sponsorship ready
