The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager with a proven track record in luxury retail management. This is a pivotal leadership role for an individual with a flair for excellence, a passion for people, and a strategic mind for business. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving commercial success while fostering an environment of unparalleled client service and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Commercial Performance:
- Drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and client insights to develop and implement strategic action plans.
- Manage store budgets, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, product launches, and visual merchandising to brand standards.
Client Experience & Relationship Management:
- Champion an exceptional, personalized, and memorable client journey.
- Foster long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and VIPs.
- Handle client escalations with grace, diplomacy, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Ensure the team is fully trained on product knowledge and client service etiquette.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of sales professionals and support staff.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivated team culture centered on our brand values.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create individual development plans.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a passion for the brand.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure the store environment is immaculate and reflects the luxury status of the brand at all times.
- Oversee all daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Manage staff scheduling to optimize coverage and productivity.
Brand Ambassadorship:
- Embody the brand identity and act as its primary representative in the local market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners, influencers, and the community.
Qualifications & Experience We Are Looking For
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of store management experience within the luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, or hospitality sector.
- Leadership Prowess: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong business mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing P&L.
- Client-Centric: An innate understanding of the luxury clientele and a dedication to providing white-glove service.
- Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in [English, and any other relevant languages].
