Director – Talent Acquisition | AED 55,000 (Agency Experience Required)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Talent Acquisition to architect and lead our end-to-end talent acquisition strategy. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in a fast-paced agency environment. You will be responsible for building a world-class recruitment function, driving employer branding, and partnering with C-level executives to secure top-tier talent that fuels our aggressive growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of recruiters and talent acquisition managers. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted talent advisor to the C-suite and senior leadership, providing market insights, data-driven recommendations, and strategic workforce planning.
- Agency-Style Recruitment Execution: Leverage your agency background to implement proactive sourcing strategies, headhunting, and direct candidate engagement for hard-to-fill and senior-level positions.
- Process Optimization & Tech Stack: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-fill. Evaluate and manage the ATS and other recruitment technologies.
- Employer Branding & EVP: Champion the company's Employer Value Proposition (EVP). Develop and manage employer branding initiatives across multiple channels (social media, industry events, partnerships) to attract passive talent.
- Data & Analytics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Provide regular reports to leadership on hiring trends, pipeline health, team performance, and ROI of recruitment activities.
- Budget Management: Own and manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for job boards, recruitment agencies, and technology tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Non-negotiable requirement: Significant prior experience working in a recruitment agency/executive search firm, with a proven ability to manage 360-degree recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling TA functions in high-growth organizations.
- Expert-level knowledge of direct sourcing, Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern recruitment techniques.
- Strong commercial acumen and exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
