Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition | AED 15,000

Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to support our talent acquisition function. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional to develop their skills in a corporate setting. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the selection process.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals) to actively source and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing necessary debriefs and feedback collection.
- Hiring Manager Support: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Data Administration: Ensure all candidate data in the ATS is accurately maintained and up-to-date.
- Offer Process: Assist in the preparation of offer letters and support the pre-onboarding process in coordination with the HR operations team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a talent acquisition/recruitment role, preferably within an agency or a corporate HR team.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of Talent Acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
