Office Administrator & Digital Marketing Assistant

About the Role:
We are a dynamic company based in Dubai seeking a smart, reliable, and highly organized individual to join our team in a dual-role capacity. This position is perfect for a versatile professional who excels at administrative tasks and has a keen interest in digital marketing. You will be the operational backbone of our office and the voice of our brand online.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties (60%):
- Serve as the first point of contact: Professionally manage the reception area, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls and emails.
- Official Communication: Draft, proofread, and send official correspondence, memos, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Data Management: Organize, input, and maintain large sets of data in spreadsheets and company databases systematically.
- Office Coordination: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure the office runs smoothly with stocked supplies.
- Document Processing: Create and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Digital Marketing Duties (40%):
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Community Engagement: Monitor interactions, respond to comments/messages, and help grow our online community.
- Basic Online Marketing: Assist with simple online marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and updates to the company website.
- Content Support: Help in creating basic graphic content and marketing materials using tools like Canva.
Requirements:
- Language & Communication: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for professional communication. Additional languages are a plus.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel for data handling). Familiarity with social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic design tools (Canva) is required.
- Personal Attributes:

- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Eligibility: Candidates must be currently residing in Dubai and available to join immediately or on short notice. A valid UAE residence visa is required.
