We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Specialist to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our Telecom Network NOC (Network Operations Center). This role is critical in providing frontline support, managing incidents, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support via hotline, ticketing system, and email.
- Dispatch technical issues to appropriate teams and track progress.
- Update ticket status accurately and ensure timely resolution and closure.
- Monitor network operations and ensure seamless performance during your shift.
- Deliver clear, accurate communication and timely updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure 100% compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
- Work within a 24/7 rotational shift schedule to support continuous operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in a Telecom Network NOC Helpdesk/Service Desk environment.
- Familiarity with handling hotline, ticketing, email support, and dispatch processes.
- Ability to thrive in a 24/7 shift-based work environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
