Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Leadership: Develop and monitor PM (Preventive Maintenance) plans for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Expert Troubleshooting: Lead the diagnosis and repair of PLC, pneumatic, and sealing issues (specifically Mespack/Cam-related settings).
Machine Optimization: Analyze downtime trends and implement upgrades to improve machine reliability and performance.
Inventory Control: Manage critical spare parts stock and coordinate with vendors/OEMs.
Compliance: Maintain rigorous maintenance logs and performance reports in accordance with ISO standards.
What We’re Looking For: Experience: 5–10+ years of maintenance experience, with a heavy preference for Mespack machinery.
Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of PLC, electrical wiring diagrams, and high-speed packaging mechanics.
Age Profile: Preferably between 26–38 years old.
