Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Property Consultant at ORA, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for:

Managing and converting provided leads into successful sales/leases.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients (tenants, buyers, landlords, investors).
Conducting property viewings and presenting market insights professionally.
Negotiating deals and guiding clients through the entire transaction process.
Staying updated on Dubai real estate trends, regulations, and community knowledge.
Collaborating with the team to share best practices and market intelligence.

Who We Are Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Property Consultant in the Dubai real estate market.
Valid DREI RERA license is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented.
Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
