Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Executive with hands-on UAE experience and comprehensive knowledge of MOHRE regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including HR administration, recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, visa processing, health insurance, and payroll support—all while ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies in all HR processes.
2. Recruitment Support
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in the selection process.
3. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation and induction programs.
- Manage exit formalities, including clearance and final settlements.
4. Visa & Immigration Processing
- Handle employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and other immigration-related processes in coordination with PRO and government authorities.
- Ensure timely processing and compliance with UAE immigration regulations.
5. Health Insurance Coordination
- Administer employee health insurance enrollments, renewals, and claims.
- Liaise with insurance providers to resolve employee queries and issues.
6. Payroll Support
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data, including attendance, leaves, and deductions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll in compliance with UAE laws.
7. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with changes in UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
- Support in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the UAE, with strong knowledge of MOHRE processes and UAE Labour Law.
- Hands-on experience in HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, visa processing, and payroll support.
- Familiarity with health insurance schemes and coordination in the UAE.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
