Job Title: Aseptic Line Operator (Tetra Pak Filling Line)

Job Summary
We are looking for technically competent Aseptic Line Operators with experience in Tetra Pak filling lines. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in operating and maintaining aseptic production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Tetra Pak aseptic filling lines.
- Handle filler, capping, and cartoning equipment efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
- Report technical issues and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.
Requirements
- Preferably an Engineering Degree (Electrical or Mechanical) or a strong technical background.
- Experience in aseptic/Tetra Pak production line operations.
- Good mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Age up to 50 years.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Ability to work in 8-hour shift rotations.
Working Conditions
- Working Days: 5 days per week
- Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
- Shift: 8-hour shifts
- Lunch Break: 1 hour
Salary & Benefits
- Net Salary: Minimum EUR 1000 (based on qualification and experience).
- Overtime: Paid extra (rare cases).
- Accommodation: Provided (Maximum 2 persons per bedroom).
- Air Ticket: Paid by employee (50% reimbursed after 6 months, remaining 50% after 12 months).
- Contract is extendable to permanent based on performance.
