Position: Plumber
Monthly Salary: 700 Euro
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor / Project Engineer
Core Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, drainage, and sewage systems according to building codes and safety standards.
- Study building plans and drawings to determine the optimal layout of piping systems.
- Assemble and install valves, pipe fittings, and pipes composed of various materials (e.g., copper, PVC, steel).
- Perform diagnostics to locate leaks, clogs, or other issues in systems.
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or site facilities, including sinks, toilets, water heaters, and boilers.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals (e.g., masons, carpenters) on-site.
- Ensure all work is performed to a high standard of quality and safety.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Keep a record of work performed and materials used.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a professional Plumber.
- In-depth knowledge of water distribution, drainage systems, and modern installation techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a responsible, diligent work ethic.
