Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for oil & gas and technical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Ensure timely mobilization of selected candidates.
- Handle documentation and onboarding processes.
- Meet recruitment KPIs and project deadlines.
