Coordinate with crane operators and site engineers.
Conduct risk assessments for lifting tasks.
Monitor compliance with safety procedures.
Ensure correct slinging techniques are used.
Verify load weights and lifting capacities.
Supervise riggers and assign duties.
Conduct toolbox talks before lifting operations.
Ensure proper use of PPE.
Maintain lifting logs and inspection records.
Monitor shutdown lifting schedules.
Ensure compliance with offshore safety standards.
Stop unsafe work immediately if required.
Report incidents and near misses.
Coordinate with HSE department.
Ensure certification validity of rigging equipment.
Maintain discipline among rigging crew.
Assist in crane positioning and planning.
Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies.
