Perform welding on piping systems as per WPS.
Execute SMAW, GTAW, and other welding processes.
Interpret welding drawings and specifications.
Ensure proper joint preparation and fit-up.
Conduct welding for carbon steel and stainless steel pipes.
Maintain weld quality and avoid defects.
Perform welding in different positions.
Follow safety procedures strictly.
Assist in NDT inspection processes.
Repair defective welds as required.
Maintain welding equipment in good condition.
Follow shutdown deadlines efficiently.
Participate in safety meetings.
Ensure compliance with project QA/QC standards.
Maintain proper welding records.
Work in confined spaces when required.
Ensure correct electrode and filler material usage.
Maintain cleanliness of work area.
Follow permit-to-work system.
Comply with offshore regulations.
Support hydrotesting activities.
Adhere strictly to HSE guidelines.
