Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the recruitment team.
- Develop recruitment strategies to meet project demands.
- Coordinate directly with clients for manpower planning.
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
- Oversee bulk hiring and overseas recruitment processes.
- Prepare recruitment reports for management review.
