Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in daily operations, payroll processing, recruitment coordination, and employee data management. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, good command over Excel and Tally, and the ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English.

This role is best suited for someone who can manage administrative HR functions efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Support

Assist in monthly payroll preparation and processing.
Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
Verify timesheets and overtime calculations.
Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support in preparing payroll reports and summaries.

2. Recruitment Support

Assist in posting job vacancies on portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial telephonic screenings when required.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support onboarding formalities including documentation collection.

3. Data Management & HR Administration

Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/Excel systems.
Organize and manage personnel files and documentation.
Prepare employment letters, offer letters, and HR-related documents.
Monitor employee probation confirmations and contract renewals.
Prepare HR reports and maintain department records.
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of employee data.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong data management skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
Working knowledge of Tally for payroll/account coordination.
Good documentation and record-keeping ability.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills in English.
Hindi speaking is mandatory.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of relevant HR experience in UAE.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws is an advantage.
