Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations in a cloud kitchen setup.
- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and kitchen supplies.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth supply flow.
- Monitor food costs, reduce waste, and optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Implement standard recipes and portion control to maintain quality and profitability.
- Ensure timely order preparation and delivery readiness.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef / Kitchen Supervisor.
- Experience in cloud kitchen, restaurant, or high-volume kitchen operations preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Culinary diploma or relevant hospitality qualification.
- Experience managing kitchen inventory and food costing.
- Familiarity with cloud kitchen systems or food delivery platforms.
