🔹 Senior Sales Manager – Corporate
Role Overview:
Lead and grow the corporate sales portfolio by developing strategic partnerships, securing new accounts, and maximizing revenue from business travel and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and acquire new corporate accounts locally and internationally
• Manage and grow relationships with key decision-makers and travel managers
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and long-term agreements
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
• Coordinate with revenue, reservations, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
• Proven experience in corporate hotel sales
• Strong existing corporate client network
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Target-driven with strong business acumen
• Leadership and team management abilities
