About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, working on behalf of a leading client in Dubai. This role is perfect for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of sourcing top talent across the UAE.

You will be the engine of our recruitment process, managing high-volume vacancies from sourcing to offer stage. If you are an agency recruiter with a hunter mentality, excellent assessment skills, and a desire to earn significant incentives, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles, from junior to senior-level positions.
High-Volume Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, databases, social media, and direct sourcing) to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Evaluation & Reporting: Prepare detailed candidate summaries, evaluation notes, and present shortlisted candidates to clients.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with the team to understand client requirements and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on UAE market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications & Mandatory Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE is mandatory.
Agency Background: Prior experience working in a recruitment agency is required. We are looking for someone with a proven "hunter" mindset.
Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume sourcing across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GulfTalent, Bayt, etc.).
Assessment Skills: Strong competency in candidate outreach, screening, interviewing, and accurately assessing fit for various job levels.
Portfolio of Roles: Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in junior, mid-level, and senior-level roles.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
