Job Title: Receptionist cum Sales Coordinator
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Receptionist cum Sales Coordinator who will manage front desk operations while supporting the sales team with coordination, client communication, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
Sales Coordination Duties
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, follow-ups, and inquiries
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Track sales orders and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare sales reports and documentation
- Support in achieving sales targets through coordination and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or sales coordinator
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of sales processes is an advantage
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred)
