Job Title: Graphic Designer
Job Summary
A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual content to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate audiences. They develop designs for digital and print media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual concepts for marketing materials, social media, websites, and advertisements
- Design logos, brochures, banners, posters, and other creative assets
- Collaborate with marketing teams, clients, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements
- Ensure all designs align with brand identity and guidelines
- Use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final outputs meet quality standards
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools)
- Strong creativity and artistic skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Qualities
- Experience in UI/UX design or motion graphics
- Knowledge of web design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva)
