Overview
An Operations Executive is responsible for supporting and improving daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and productivity. They coordinate between departments, monitor processes, and help achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support daily operational activities
- Coordinate between departments such as sales, logistics, administration, and customer service
- Monitor workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Prepare reports on operational performance and KPIs
- Assist in process improvement and efficiency optimization
- Handle documentation, data entry, and record maintenance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support inventory, procurement, or supply chain activities (depending on industry)
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
