We are currently looking to hire a Lead Structural Engineer for our Dubai operations. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with a strong consultancy background in the UAE to lead high-impact building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead structural design and analysis for building projects
-Review drawings, calculations, and technical submissions
-Ensure compliance with Dubai authority regulations and international codes
-Coordinate with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams
-Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
-Mentor and guide junior engineers
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
-10+ years of experience, including UAE consultancy experience
-Strong knowledge of Dubai codes and authority approvals
-Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, or similar tools
-Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
