📝 Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across multiple communication channels.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, website & social media
• Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Maintain and update customer records and databases
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Meet performance targets (response time & customer satisfaction)

💰 Salary:
• Keralite Candidates: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
• Non-Keralite Candidates: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
