Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and compliance with company standards. Supervise front-of-house activities, coordinate with kitchen staff, and maintain a high-quality dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during shifts.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly address guest concerns or complaints.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Assign duties and schedules to team members and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Train, mentor, and support new and existing employees.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and control.
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Prepare daily reports on sales, staff performance, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
