Job Summary
Assist in managing daily bar operations while leading the bartending team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Oversee beverage preparation, inventory control, staff training, and customer service standards, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with safety and licensing regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations and support the Bar Manager in achieving operational goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and bar staff to maintain high service standards.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure excellent guest service by engaging with customers and resolving concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control beverage costs and wastage.
- Conduct stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, health regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain beverage menus, cocktail recipes, and promotional offerings.

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards throughout the bar area.
- Coordinate with restaurant, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Responsible Beverage Service or equivalent certification may be required depending on location.
