Job Summary
The Business Development / Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Sales Activities
- Present and promote company products and services to potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to secure business opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer service.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
