Job Summary:
A Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, acquiring new clients, and managing key customer relationships. The role focuses on increasing revenue, expanding market presence, and achieving organizational growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop growth initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track business development performance metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and support business development executives and sales teams.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, forecasts, and revenue targets.
