Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, developing sales strategies, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, market knowledge, and the ability to lead complex sales cycles while supporting junior sales team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and business development activities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer support.

- Mentor and support junior sales executives in achieving team objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales environments.
- Valid driving license (if field sales role requires travel).
