Telesales / CRM Executive
Location: Kuwait
Salary
KWD 250 – 350 (Tax-Free)
Job Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing customers by phone.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in Telesales, Customer Service, CRM, or Call Centre is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good computer and CRM knowledge.
