The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, strengthening the company's brand presence, managing digital channels, and supporting promotional campaigns and events.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company objectives.
- Plan and manage digital marketing activities and promotional initiatives.
- Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts.
- Oversee e-commerce store activities and online marketing initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
- Supervise the setup and presentation of company stands and booths.
- Develop initiatives to strengthen and promote the company's brand identity.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, agencies, and external partners.
- Maintain consistent company branding across marketing channels.
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of practical marketing experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce store management.
- Experience managing exhibitions, events, stands, and promotional booths.
- Strong campaign planning and execution skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms and measuring campaign performance.
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or construction materials is preferred.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
