Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, accounting operations, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, and financial controls within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor company and project cash flow.
- Control expenses and monitor financial performance.
- Review financial statements and management reports.
- Establish and maintain effective financial controls.
- Coordinate with project and commercial teams regarding project finances.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and payment schedules.
- Support management with financial analysis and business decisions.
- Ensure financial records are accurate and properly maintained.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and other financial stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Relevant experience in finance management, preferably within contracting or construction.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
