Job Summary
Al Fanar, an EHC subsidiary, is looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Driver to safely operate heavy vehicles and support transportation and logistics operations in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy-duty vehicles according to UAE traffic regulations and company policies.
- Transport materials, equipment, and personnel to designated locations.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues.
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, and secure transportation of materials.
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and delivery instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, fuel usage, and vehicle-related activities.
- Coordinate with supervisors and site teams regarding transportation requirements.
- Maintain the vehicle in clean and safe operating condition.
- Report accidents, breakdowns, delays, or other incidents immediately.
- Comply with company health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
- Previous GCC driving experience is required.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
- Safe driving record and responsible attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with site/logistics teams.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
