Position: Senior Bartender
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations and maintain high service standards.
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and other beverages.
- Train, guide, and support junior bartenders and bar staff.
- Monitor beverage inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
- Ensure the bar area and equipment remain clean and well-maintained.
- Maintain beverage quality and consistency.
- Handle guest requests and resolve service issues professionally.
- Coordinate with management and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Bartender or experienced Bartender.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory control and bar operations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy hospitality environment.
