Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Large Format Coordinator to develop business, manage client requirements and coordinate production and delivery of large format printing and advertising products.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the digital large format production team to execute customer orders.
- Develop business for vehicle branding, car wrapping, vinyl stickers, wall graphics, acrylic products and large format advertising.
- Coordinate cost estimation, quotations and project execution.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors on materials and project requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Meet potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, analyse customer information and track business performance.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant B2B sales experience in events, acrylic products or large format advertising.
- Strong outdoor sales and field experience in events or large format printing.
- Good client relationship, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of large format products and production processes.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Available immediately or within 1 week.
