Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage white-collar and blue-collar recruitment and fulfill clients’ manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates.
- Recruit for white-collar and blue-collar positions.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Follow up on selections, offers and joining formalities.
- Maintain an active and accurate candidate database.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of client manpower requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi.
- Previous blue-collar recruitment experience.
- Experience in a recruitment consultancy or manpower supply company.
- Strong communication, sourcing and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
