Job Summary
Provide technical reviews and guidance for mechanical facilities systems, with a focus on HVAC and MEP maintenance performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review mechanical systems, maintenance plans and technical submissions.
- Assess HVAC and MEP performance and identify deficiencies.
- Provide technical guidance to maintenance teams and service providers.
- Conduct inspections and prepare technical reports.
- Monitor compliance with applicable FM standards.
Requirements
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP and facilities maintenance.
- Experience in technical reviews, inspections and reporting.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
