Job Summary
We are seeking a Collector to follow up on outstanding payments, coordinate with customers and maintain accurate collection records.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers on overdue payments.
- Conduct customer visits to support collections.
- Coordinate payment commitments and track outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate collection records and prepare status reports.
- Liaise with the accounts team to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Escalate unresolved overdue accounts for further action.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Relevant GCC experience as a Collector.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Immediate availability preferred.
