Role Purpose

Lead industrial engineering, automation, and operational improvement across a global manufacturing network. Drive smart factory, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), and lean manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Establish industrial engineering standards, including time-motion studies, line balancing, and Standard Minute Value (SMV) optimization.
Lead automation, IIoT, and Industry 4.0 initiatives across cutting, sewing, and finishing operations.
Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and preventive maintenance programs.
Drive Kaizen, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and cost-reduction projects.
Develop dashboards for real-time production monitoring and analytics.
Train plant teams in lean tools, workflow improvement, and productivity enhancement.
Partner with IT on MES, ERP, and shop-floor digitalization.
Support new facilities through layout planning and capacity modelling.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 12 years in industrial engineering, including 5+ years in senior industrial engineering or automation roles within garment, textile, or apparel manufacturing.
B.E./B.Tech in Industrial, Mechanical, or Textile Engineering.
Strong expertise in IIoT, automation, lean manufacturing, OEE, MES/ERP systems, and data analytics.
International manufacturing experience in Vietnam, China, Jordan, Bangladesh, or India preferred.
Based in Dubai, UAE.
Six Sigma Black Belt certification is an advantage.
