Role Overview
Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance and safety. Supervise service teams and ensure building systems operate efficiently while meeting quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security and support services.
- Supervise technicians and service staff to ensure timely task completion.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems.
- Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Respond to breakdowns, emergencies and facility-related issues.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and contractors.
- Maintain maintenance records, incident reports and facility performance reports.
- Manage inventory and support procurement, budgeting and cost control.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant facility management or maintenance supervision experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- UAE driving licence.
