Role Overview
Lead transportation construction-supervision operations, overseeing business growth, project delivery, client relationships, commercial performance, resource planning, quality and HSSE compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the supervision function and achieve revenue, profitability, growth and delivery targets.
- Develop business opportunities and relationships with government entities, clients and industry stakeholders.
- Support technical and commercial proposals, including staffing, pricing, budgets and risk reviews.
- Oversee major project contracts, resource deployment, recruitment and mobilization.
- Monitor project schedules, costs, quality, staffing and client satisfaction.
- Support resolution of technical, contractual, commercial and stakeholder issues.
- Oversee contractor submissions, variations, claims, disputes and design changes.
- Implement quality-management and HSSE procedures across projects.
- Mentor supervision teams and manage training and performance evaluations.
- Prepare section budgets and management reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Transportation, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- PMP certification listed as required or strongly preferred.
- Chartered Engineer, Professional Engineer or equivalent certification preferred.
- Knowledge of international standards and Saudi construction, municipal and regulatory requirements.
- Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 15 years in engineering consultancy, infrastructure, construction supervision or project-management consultancy.
- Leadership of large, complex transportation or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in roads, highways, bridges, interchanges, rail/metro, utilities or urban infrastructure.
- Strong client management, contract administration, claims and dispute-resolution experience.
- Proven business development, financial management and manpower-planning capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
