💼 Experience: 5–6 years
🎓 Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise internal and external finishing works, including blockwork, plastering, tiling, false ceilings and painting.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
- Monitor work progress, workmanship and material requirements.
- Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE building codes and HSE requirements.
Requirements:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or an equivalent degree.
- 5–6 years of relevant construction industry experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience in internal and external finishing works.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, standards and HSE requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, coordination and site management skills.
