1. Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Operations Executive to manage and oversee our large-scale labor supply operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, capable of efficiently managing a workforce of over 400 blue-collar staff, coordinating with multiple clients, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can maintain operational excellence under pressure.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mobilize, and supervise a large team of 400+ blue-collar staff across various client sites.
Act as the primary point of contact for the workforce, addressing concerns and ensuring high morale and discipline.
Conduct regular team briefings and ensure clear communication of tasks and expectations.

B. Client & Site Coordination:

Serve as the main liaison between the company, clients, and on-site supervisors.
Coordinate daily labor requirements and deployments across multiple project sites.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering services as per agreed SLAs and addressing any issues promptly.

C. Operational Administration:

Maintain and track employee timesheets, attendance, and schedules using Microsoft Excel.
Prepare and manage daily/weekly deployment reports for management review.
Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies and UAE labor laws.

D. Problem-Solving & Efficiency:

Proactively identify potential operational issues and implement effective solutions to prevent disruptions.
Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure all operations are running smoothly, safely, and like clockwork.

3. Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory:

Proven experience in the UAE labor supply industry is essential.
Fluency in Hindi and English (both verbal and written) is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
Must be a male candidate available for immediate joining.

4. Employment Package

Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month (based on experience)
Benefits:

All benefits as mandated by UAE Labor Law
Schedule: 1 day off per week.
